Love and Fear force to build power

People could make so many best or worst decisions in love. I have made so many decisions too. Some of them are best and some of them are worst. But there is one which I don't know if it's the best or worst. I have sacrificed so many things in my life just to make my parents or family members happy which impacted on my life badly. I feel like it was a bad decision but the other way I feel good because my parents were happy about it. Love forces us to build power. In so many situations, people persevere just for their loved ones safety. They start learning how to fight for themselves and not give their control to other people. It makes them have more power and get the right they deserve. Additionally, fear forces us to build power. It lets us get out of our comfort zone and gives us challenges. When we have fear and try to overcome it, we get to realize that we are taking control of ourselves and building our power.
